bt hub 6 vs smart hub 2 even log

i noticed that bt hub 6 have much better more detailed event log, i can see device mac id's if its iphone or andoird device alot if info but smart hub 2 have so much less details in, is it normal or i do something wrong.

Make sure you have selected the type of log you want or the "All" in the Category drop down box. Other than that as has been pointed out there is nothing else you can change
