    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently received my free hub as part of the Digital Voice Migration&amp;nbsp; and set it up after retiring my Netgear R7000 router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However when I log in to the management page&amp;nbsp; I wonder if I have received the correct box.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; It look like the smart hub 2&amp;nbsp; according to this page:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/learn-about-broadband/different-types-of-bt-hub" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/learn-about-broadband/different-types-of-bt-hub&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but the technical log says&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Image 1448x1552.jpg" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/77645iDBBCBD51A365EDD9/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Image 1448x1552.jpg" alt="Image 1448x1552.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(however when I export that it says :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Product name: &amp;nbsp; BT Smart Hub 2&amp;nbsp; in the CSV file!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note also that in the jpeg above it says Hub Manager at top right instead of Smart Hub Mangager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone any clues as to what is going on?&amp;nbsp; Does it need a firmware upgrade or do I need a replacement box??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for any help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Mike&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Smart Hub 2  or not!!</title>
