    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received an email requesting a Minihub to be returned, but when I log into MyBT, I am not able to find " Return your BT kit" anywhere in ordernto get the white returns bag and labels.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I proceed with this request?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Sorry for the problems you're having locating where to arrange a returns kit to send back the Mini Hub.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was sent a mini hub when my fibre went pear shaped&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the box was a returns label to return it when requested by BT&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Interestingly the address label was for a different address from the normal returns label which I had received in the past&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I sent the mini hub back a few days ago and within 4 days had an email from BT saying they had received it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
