EE mini hub parental control change (how to)

My broadband has been down for three days and I finally got sent the HALO ee mini hotspot to stay connected.

I wanted to change the parental control ( I am 64yo old after all)

It is quite easy to do, log in to your BT account and select your products, the HALO should show up.

Click on it and you will see a link to the parental control

You can change it to off (or medium or strict)

It comes set to medium so some websites are not available.

Once you save the change it can take up to half an hour for BT connect to your device and change the setting.

You'll know the change has happened when the mini hub reboots.
