    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried that but thx....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hoping to do it without resetting...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also have a firmware update been outstanding for a good while now.&amp;nbsp; Al stable on old version so worried about updating as seems on forum nothing but trouble if you do&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Had this for a couple of years but changed mobile phone recently.&amp;nbsp; Downloaded app but when logging in cannot for life of me remember what I used as user id...I know the admin password etc but not user id...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
