All the handsets are showing Base 1with no dialling tone on my Synergy 4500 system. It has suddenly happened how do i get rid of it so I can use again

Do you have any other phones that you can plug into the socket that the base station is using to test the line?

If that works I would speculate that maybe the the base station has failed. Assuming it has power, see if you can factory reset it as described in the manual. Although this process often requires a connected handset.

Are you on Digital Voice or regular copper?

Is your BT Synergy 4500 plugged in to the power? Maybe it’s unplugged.
