      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been asked to return a halo hub which was sent to help me get online when the internet wasn’t working. I didn’t ask for this and have not used it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have no envelope to post it back him and emails tell me on login that there should be a selection to request a return envelope. However when I login there is no such selection option.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get an envelope to post this back please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
