      <title>voip phone stuck on synchronising handset</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Voip&amp;nbsp; phone stuck on synchronising handset ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to reset the smart hub 2 so I lost all my settings and had to re-pair the wifi extender to the hub and also the phone to the hub but it just keeps displaying "Synchronising handset data" and the keypad won't do anything,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then restarted the hub again still the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to contact anyone directly , help pages almost useless!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doe's anyone know of a quick fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok I found that if you hold the end call button down for a few seconds you can switch the phone off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then restart it&amp;nbsp; and it goes through the welcome screen and it all seems to work ok now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Brilliant. Nothing about this in any manual of course. The whole system is very flaky and obviously not adequately tested.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem cropped up after more than a year with the Alexa handset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Great solution, worked like a charm--except I didn't even need to restart the phone, as it just went directly back to the normal idle screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
