    <description>&lt;P&gt;My hub rebooted today, at "&lt;SPAN&gt;04:34:42, 21 Oct".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The firmware version number went from&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;v0.31.00.10253-BT to&amp;nbsp;v0.37.00.07084-BT.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The build date of the new version is shown as&amp;nbsp;Fri Jul 8 11:29:23 2022.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A Google search for&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;v0.37.00.07084-BT comes up with:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="antient_0-1666334145330.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/78920iE67693851C40F2FB/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="antient_0-1666334145330.png" alt="antient_0-1666334145330.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can I presume this is a brand new firmware version? Mine updated on Thursday from v0.35.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/239930"&gt;@VeteranISPUser&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the rapid reply. I should have mentioned that this hub had been in “cold storage” for some time, until the previous and very old hub, with which I was quite happy, started acting up. I had tried it when I first got it, but didn’t particularly like it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday afternoon I was forced to use it, and on powering it up it went straight from v0.17 to v0.31. The second update in 12 hours was a bit of a surprise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;when you did factory reset by holding recessed button on back did you hold for 20/30 secs until hub lights flashed otherwise it will not factory reset&lt;/P&gt;</description>
