BT TV PRO box setup

I am trying to set up my new BT TV PRO box.

It gets as far as preferred region but then stops.

What should I do?

Hi @IanBryan, welcome to the forum and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry that the box set up isn't working a smoothly as it should. If you're still experiencing a problem getting set up please Reset The Pro Box and see if that helps resolve the issue.
