I recently changed ISP and got a new router as part of the installation. Upon connecting the BT home disc to the new router, and trying to access the app, i see the following message

it appears that your device is running private or secure dns services which may prevent the app from discovering your whole home wifi

Please check your configuration and try again

Any help in getting set up??

Ive tried to follow those steps but it seems to go red after flashing blue dot.
