      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have a set of premium by phones the answer machine won’t let me play my messages just the green play light flashes green and if pressed beeps I know when I ring the house phone it lets me leave a message but will not let me play them can someone help please?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you have a normal, continuous dial tone or is it pulsing? If the latter it sounds like you have the 1571 voicemail service active &amp;amp; that's answering calls &amp;amp; taking messages before the phone answering machine has kicked in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
