    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 3 WHW Premiums. &amp;nbsp;2 of them successfully upgraded to the latest version. &amp;nbsp;The third appeared to fail. &amp;nbsp;After initially turning purple as the others, this device simply kept changing colour (rotating through all possible colours every 2-3 seconds. &amp;nbsp;It is now stuck in the mode. &amp;nbsp;Cannot reset it....it appears to be be dead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I should say... it was fully functioning before the firmware upgrade.</description>
