      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/310204"&gt;@MGR&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;I'm really sorry your equipment hasn't arrived, as&amp;nbsp;@Anonymous&amp;nbsp;mentioned it may have been delayed due to the Royal Mail strikes. You should have an email letting you know when the equipment was dispatched with a tracking link so you can check for updates.&lt;/P&gt;
