Curly cable for BT Decor 2200 v2

Hello and Happy New Year 🎇🎆

The curly cable that connects my receiver to the BT Decor 2200 v2 telephone crackles, especially when I wobble the wire. I got a replacement curly cable from Amazon at 2m but is feels a bit short and the cable design looks different. I am going to get a 3m replacement curly cable, but just wondered if BT have a spare parts department or does anyone know where I can get a curly cable exactly like the one that comes with the BT Decor 2200 telephone.

Search for "telephoneservicecentre", they stock spare leads, and may have what you need.

If you do a google search for "BT Decor 2200 spares" there are a wide variety of suppliers for different cords, a well known auction site seems to have the biggest choice.
