Whole home wifi issues with Various websites or links via twitter/email

Has anyone had issues loading certain websites when using BT whole home discs ?

Currently have our wifi through the Bt whole home discs (sky broadband).
We are having issues loading various websites (John Lewis is an example) or links via email / platforms such as twitter on our iPhones.
If we use different wifi or 4g we have no issue -

if we use laptops or iPads it works fine again we have no issue so the problem does seem to be something with our wifi on our phones.
BT have given us new discs to try - but no change.
have tried various settings on the iPhones. But no joy.
not sure what else we should try !

Thanks. I don’t think it’s a sky issue as our broadband is fine and the wifi comes through the whole home discs.
But I will try - as at our wits end !
