    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I have a SmartHub2 for Business which I have just turned into a Modem by following the instructions to enable Bridge Mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found out online a username:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="mailto:bthomehub@btbroadband.com" target="_blank"&gt;bthomehub@btbroadband.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to connect with my Synology Router via PPOE, I tried the auto-ip originally and this did not allow me to connect at all.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With the above login I was able to connect and get access to the internet. My issue now is that I am not getting assigned my static IP. Is there a specific login for each account which will provide the correct IP details for the account? If so how do I obtain those?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Matt&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Business accounts have their own individual logins, which you should have been supplied with when you started your contract.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
