      <title>Whole home wifi initial setup</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have just purchased a two disc whole home system. I have followed the instructions to the letter, but the app says it is unable to detect the first disc, despite being connected to it and telling me so 5 seconds before. I have logged into the disc via the web page and on my phone and iPad but they do not show up on the network display. If I log in via my laptop, that shows up. I have tried both discs and checked that the firmware is up to date. &amp;nbsp;What am I doing wrong?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I’ll do that. I have found that even though it states it’s running the latest firmware, it is running v1.02.01 build22 &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;And despite being new, the system log shows &amp;nbsp;this was installed in 2016 and the disc cannot connect to BT auto upgrade server&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
