Can anyone tell me how to get a BTTV Pro Box user Guide in large print posted to an address please - bt.com/mediatypes does not work.

You can download the guide from BT TV Box Pro User Guide and then display or print it as you please, there's 18 pages from cover to cover

the person needing this is unable to get it from the internet so needs it sent via post , can BT do this ?

I should imagine so.

You can try ringing 0800 800 150 24/7 or 0800 111 4567 between 08:00 - 21:00
