BT 4600 How can I increase the outgoing callers volume to be heard.? Its suddenly gone very quiet and hard to hear

Please can you confirm that its the distant end that cannot hear your voice, and that you can hear them without any problems?

Yes my Mother's phone . Her outgoing callers voice which is too quiet. She cannot be heard , but she can hear me . Its on one particular handset. Calls on the other handset are fine.

The first thing to try is to turn off the power to the base unit for about a minute. This will allow all handsets to re-link to the base unit, as it could be an issue with the link to that specific handset.
