If you are trying to use the mini connectors in conjunction the eero system for BT TV then I might have some bad news for you.

To the best of my knowledge, the EEro system does not support IGMP/Multicast so although the apps on the BT TV box will work normally (they don't use Multicast), anything you try to watch from the EPG is doomed to fail, most likely with the dreaded IPC6023 error code

Thanks for your reply Les, It's for my son's Xbox and the tp-link plugs were doing a fab job and thought the gigabit plugs would deliver better speeds. I'll keep trying thanks again 🙏🏽

Have you tried testing the mini connectors by connecting one directly to your hub and your PC/laptop to the other just to make sure they are working correctly?

It sounds as if either the units are faulty or are not paired to work together, check the user manual for a pairing procedure.

Edit: See this link. Powerline adapters | BT Help
