Returns bag

I have been sent a new BT Smart Hub 2 and HD Voice phone.
The leaflet says I can return my old kit for free recycling.
The site says log in and go to "Return your BT kit", but there is no such link when I log in.
I see others asking the same question on this board, and an admin sends them a private message. So please send me the information too.
