      <title>BT Premium Phone. No ringtone on handset.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the BT Premium Phone set of one base unit and two satellite handsets. I have had them for some years now and all are working perfectly except for one handset which the ring tone doesn't activate when a call comes through. &amp;nbsp;I have checked &amp;nbsp;in settings the ringer is on, the volume is on max, so what's the problem? I can make and receive calls on all units ok. Any ideas why no ringtone on one handset?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes thanks I had. I have also contacted BT support and they advise to switch off the base unit for 5 minutes and then see if it solves it. If that does't solve the problem I will have to consider replacement, or accept the issue and ignore.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
