Digital Voice - Can receive calls but cannot make them

Hello,

Bit of an oddity. We have Digital voice and it worked perfectly well for a good long while until suddenly last week we were unable to make calls.

We can still receive them but when we come to dial out, when the call button is pressed it sounds very much like the speed dial is on overdrive and we get a blank tone.

We have 3 phones and all have the same issue so am fairly certain it is not a handset problem. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you're having problems making outgoing calls through your Digital Voice service.

If you take a look at - Digital Voice: I'm unable to make or receive calls, you'll find a few helpful suggestions.

Have you just tried rebooting the SH2?

Don't do a full reset until you've backed up your contacts hub settings though.
