I go in to advanced settings, wireless, try to change the password, click thru the 'accept' dialog where it says about insecure password blah blah, click okay thru the message about devices being disconnected, it shows saving then saved.

Password then doesnt work and going back into wireless, just displays the default pass still?

Why is it not saving the pass?

Are you trying to use 'special characters', can't remember offhand which characters the hub doesn't like but there are some. Try just alphanumeric characters

Try a factory reset of the hub. Press the recessed button at the rear with a pin for about 20 seconds until the lights flash.
