Returns bag

Hi,

I recently returned some kit successfully, however, I received another email to say they are still waiting for the Disc to be sent back. After checking I realised that I had not included it in the returns bag. The email says that I need to login to my account and request a returns kit but there is nowhere for me to click to arrange this and I have been through every tab I can clock on to try and find this. Can someone please assist to get a returns bag sent out to my home address so that I can return the disc?

Hi,

Having the same issue, nowhere on my BT account to arrange a returns Kit. I previously had one but forgot to put in the bag one of my pieces of equipment so need another returns bag sent out. Can you please assist?

Hi, @seejay789 did you use the log in to MyBT link from the reminder email as that should bring you to the right webpage to order a replacement?

Yes I did Neil,

It just takes me to my homepage and nowhere to click to order a returns kit.

I did have a returns kit previously but I sent everything back and forgot to put in the disc so I need another. Not sure if this is the issue. I have seen from previous posts that if you have used the link before then it doesn't work the second time.

I have the same problem, I've been asked to return something but when you click on the link, the Returns Kit Bag info is nowhere to be seen - please help

Hi @Phonekaos welcome to the community and thanks for posting, when did your service change or stop? A returns bag is normally sent automatically within 7 days.

If you're waiting for kit
If you're getting replacement kit as part of a recent order, you don't need to return anything until it arrives.

How to return your kit
Please pack up your Mini Hub using the original packaging and returns leaflet it came with, then place the returns label over your home address. You can drop your parcel into a post box or take it to a Post Office.

I have not changed/stopped - i was supplied with a mini hub due to a BT issue - this was resolved a number of months ago.

Thank you, I am aware what the hub was for and have now been reminded by yourselves to return it.

I just need to return the hub and need a bag to do so - can you please request one for me and have it sent out to me?

Hi, I have been having a clear out of my attic and found an old BT Hub that I no longer need it seems a shame to dump is there an address I can return it to. I have a bag that was in the box when I got the new hub.. Before anyone says I need to return it or I will be charged this is one from before that request from BT was introduced. So any help would be good. Thanks.
