Returning BT phones and remote not in use

Hi,

I have a couple of phones, a remote and a Minihub which we are not using anymore. BT didn´t ask for return them.

Shall I request the bags and return them anyway?

Hi @Alpuente, welcome to the forum and thanks for your post. You may be able to request a returns bag for BT TV remote and phones if they aren't rented BT phones you don't have to return them.

Be sure to get and keep a proof of postage.
