    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all - first post.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Like many others we have just switched our business from Plusnet to BT. We have the Cloud Voice Express system. It came with one Yealink W73H handset+base station. We bought two additional handsets. All are set up and working but I have a question about setting Callminder delay rings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At the moment a caller must wait about 10 rings before Callminder kicks in.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;According to Callminder instructions we dial 1571, 'personal options' then 'calling options'.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are then told to select 'current setting', option 2 'change' to reset ring delay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't get that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When I dial 1571 the 'main menu' only offers me to change my personal options, press 2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then get 3 options.....1. change greeting, 2. access PIN options or 5. access fax options. Nothing about ring delays.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I must be missing something here. Can anyone tell me where to go to change the ring delays on Callminder to 4 rings?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
