      <title>Lost Royal Mail receipt for return</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned a BT Smart Hub and Alexa Phone approximately mid-July. BT sent a new Hub after I renewed my contract. I managed to lose the receipt from the Post Office (I know, my fault!), so I don't know if the hub was delivered to BT and I am still getting reminders to return the equipment. I guess I'll have to pay the £50.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if it just takes quite a while for BT to process their returns and there's some likelihood that the equipment might show up in a few weeks, or is this just wishful thinking?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I recently returned an item to BT via the returns bag they sent. I popped it in the bag with the barcode label supplied and dropped into post office keeping the receipt, and about 7-10 days later I had email from BT saying they had received my item.&amp;nbsp; So it looks as if yours may have gotten lost.&amp;nbsp; I would phone them to ask if it ever arrived...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
