    <description>&lt;P&gt;When we had an electrical storm that hit all our devices&amp;nbsp; - I had to order a new handsets.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I have had this model for years!&amp;nbsp; Call guardian is brilliant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. New handset arrived and it had a fault and was replaced on 2 Jan 2023.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. This one I have order ref: is now having an intermittent&amp;nbsp; annoying issue.&amp;nbsp; I can make a call and maybe want to make another a few minutes later and it tells me it is searching for the base.&amp;nbsp; The other phone is upstairs on its base - I am stood in front of the base.&amp;nbsp; So I have to wait until it will allow me to do the call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What baffles me is my original handsets were still working and so reliable.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This morning I phoned the number on the Handset box. selected the help section and waited until I was next in queue.&amp;nbsp; Then my turn&amp;nbsp; - nothing - could hear whistling in background - waited 5 mins.&amp;nbsp; So rang off and tried again - I was told I was through to the wrong dept and given a number - that one was thinking I needed my landline checked.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So here I am - can anyone advice?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
