Phone and iPads wont connect but Laptops and TVs will

Hello - I have been using the BT WholeHome system to extend my Wifi around my house for a number of years and it has been working perfectly. Yesterday, however, for all the mobiles in the house (phones and tablets), they could connect to the BTWholeHome system, but then not to the internet. However, all the laptops and TVs could connect to the internet as usual.

Does anyone have any advice?

Hi @winehusband, welcome to the forum and sorry you're having this problem.

Do the mobiles connect ok to the internet if you connect from the hub and not the Whole Home Wifi (WHW) discs?

Well - I use the WholeHome system as an extender as I have another privder who provides the internet. But when I connect directly to the provider's wifi my phones and tablets can all connect to the internet...

Hi @winehusband, thanks for the quick reply. It appears then the WHW may be the cause of the issue. Give the WHW helpdesk a call on 0808 100 6116. They are open

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm.
