Large clear display landline phone

Can anyone advise on landline phones for the elderly please. Require LARGE display adjustable volume and clear buttons. Already has BT 8500 landline phone but the buttons are very worn and has problems pressing due to arthritis. Preferably with similar setup so as not to confuse. Answerphone not required just 3 cordless phones. Can anyone help please?

Thanks for posting. There are a number of phones that might suit your needs. The BT4500 Big Button is one that we've used previously.

Thank you I will explore this one bu we do not really require ansaphone. Can the volume turned up and ring time extended?

I see there is also a BT4600 is this a newer model?
