&lt;P&gt;Have you asked on your ISP`s forum, to see if anyone else is using the same setup?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unable to add second whole home disc</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a NOWTV modem and two whole home white discs.&amp;nbsp; They used to work fine.&amp;nbsp; They stopped working.&amp;nbsp; I did all the troubleshooting, no joy.&amp;nbsp; BT supplied me with refurbished discs, still didn't work.&amp;nbsp; NowTV gave me a new modem, didn't make any differerence.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Today, before admitting defeat and putting the discs on Ebay, I tried one more time, using my own ethernet cable (not the long yellow one provided by BT), and - strangely - the first disc connected.&amp;nbsp; Either disc will work in this way - my cable, in either port, but not the yellow BT cable.&amp;nbsp; But I can't get a second disc added!&amp;nbsp; Just does slow blue flash to red solid.&amp;nbsp; The apps suggestion (when it can't find the device) of pressing the WPS button does not work, nor do the troubleshooting steps (switch off, factory reset... )&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The instruction to add a disc is to first connect it by ethernet cable, but my modem has only 2 ports.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;And, while the yellow BT cable works fine to connect my modem to the phone line, the discs do not like them!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Any suggestions gratefully received...&amp;nbsp; (Buy or borrow some plug in extra ports?&amp;nbsp; And another ethernet cable?)&lt;BR /&gt;Note, when I first set it up it was the same modem - only 2 ports - and it worked.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
