WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FREE HOME HUB 2?

Hello everyone,

I have received, as mentioned already, a postcard notifying me that I will be switched over to Digital Voice within 30 days time, but just wondering when will the free home hub 2 be delivered please?? 🤔

Nobody can tell you here, you'll get an automatic email when it has been sent so I'd suggest just waiting further

Thanks for that! Just a bit anxious to get it ASAP because I'm awaiting an Admission date for surgery and don't want to arrive home to no broadband or landline in place. Cheers 👍

You could always pick one up from your local Facebook Marketplace. Should be plenty around £5-10 & then you'll also have a backup spare.

Hi, @ljm Don't worry, the order to switch you to digital voice won't be placed until after your Smart Hub 2 is dispatched. You'll be sent a couple of reminders to connect to the Hub before the order is placed to activate digital voice and turn off the copper line.
