&lt;P&gt;Welcome to this user forum for BT Retail phone and broadband customers.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That sounds like a possible failure of the plug in switched mode power unit, or the internal voltage regulator.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Assuming you are still in a contract, you would need to ring BT and ask for a replacement home hub.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try calling 0330 1234 150&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Hub not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Randomly yesterday my by hub 2 stopped working correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is making a very high pitched whining noise when powered and turned on, the light stays green and turns off every 30 seconds before starting again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried everything I could think of, unplugging it for a bit, changing what socket it was plugged in, triple checked all my wires and sockets and even tried a factory reset to see if that helped. Nothing worked and I’m at a severe loss.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there anyone who can help me or point me in the direction of getting help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
