      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are elements of BT down ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can get to other websites and bits and pieces on MyBT - but they seem to have an issue with Fault tracker (for me anyway).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyone else getting this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.bt.com/track/fault/?view=faulttracker" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://support.bt.com/track/fault/?view=faulttracker&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This page isn’t working&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.bt.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;www.bt.com&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;is currently unable to handle this request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;HTTP ERROR 502&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
