BT Fault tracker down ? HTTP Error 502

Are elements of BT down ?

I can get to other websites and bits and pieces on MyBT - but they seem to have an issue with Fault tracker (for me anyway).

Anyone else getting this:

www.bt.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 502

The link you posted works fine for me.

Try clearing your browser's history and cookies.

I'd not thought of that. Thank you ! It worked - I did incognito mode.

I guess a BT site trick.

Ah - it worked for a bit - but then this page didnt work and errored again.

Could be my end - I guess !

I will try again tomorrow
