Replacement for BT 600 signal extender

Have a iMac that has to work on hard wired Ethernet cable and I’ve done this through BT 600 signal extender via a hub and the domestic wiring. It worked fine until the extender failed yesterday. No power light and test in other sockets shows it’s the unit.
When I tried to buy the same unit from BT but they’re no longer available: I’m looking for an equivalent replacement or, could someone kindly suggest an alternative. Is there a a Wi-Fi disc solution?
