try going to 'help' at top of page then raise a fault

if the problem with the fibre cable and affecting you street then openreach will already be on the case. moving to another provider will not help if you are still going to use the openreach network

Does anyone know how to actually speak to someone at BT. All my services have gone down as there is an issue in the street, this was confirmed by open reach engineer. He also stated due to the kink in the fibre cable he couldn't fix it. Tried to get in touch with BT but it is absolutely impossible. This is a joke. When contract ends soon its bye bye BT.
