We have had this box since April 2018. I have heard only hardware issued December 2019 onwards has to be returned? Can anyone please confirm this?&nbsp;</P><P>An email from BT suggests they are going to recycle the box, the box is obsolete and not likely to be reused by anyone which would be a shame.
