BT TV Pro Remote

Proper weird one, have a Pro Box downstairs but can't control the sound on my Samsung TV

Have a Pro Mini Upstairs and that remote controls the sound upstairs no issues. Also a Samsung. If I take the remote downstairs it works fine, just can't get the remote downstairs to do it

Any assistance would be amazing

Hi @mathewjones

Have you tried resetting the remote? Press 9 and Home simultaneously until the light on the remote flashes.

I have but still nothing. Even tried a brand new remote I have and still nothing

If it's just the volume that it won't control and the upstairs remote works, the downstairs remote works upstairs and a new remote doesn't control the volume either, then I think I'd be looking more towards the TV rather than the remote.

That still doesn't explain why the upstairs remote works, is it the same model of remote or different?

Yes they are different. The Samsung upstairs is much older. The downstairs one is a 2023 model. Weird as you said that the remote upstairs will work on both

All working, didn't press OK after I reset the remote
