Hi all,

We own a Paragon 650, recently when we are in a call we get beeping noises ( consecutive 2 beeps until the other caller ends). We work in a takeaway which means it can be extremely annoying. I have researched online and it seems like we can turn it off with #43# function. However when we dial this we cannot get through and get a message stating "Calls to this number are restricted, please contact your system administrator for assistance".

Does that mean I need to contact our line provider? Can someone please advise.

It will be an issue with your phone provider.

As you are a business user, please could you post on the BT Business forum at http://business.forums.bt.com/

If you are not with BT, then you will need to contact whoever provides your phone service.
