    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ive currently got 6 discs setup in my home all dotted about and installed as required but i notice that every few weeks they all start to play up and have to all be reset and done again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this has been going on for about 4 years now and im getting fed up&amp;nbsp; why is this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im with Virmin Media who as we all know are really **bleep** and ive even had countless engineers out and they say their wifi is great&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;9they would)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also in the BT Whole home app it will not let me change the&amp;nbsp; network details and password, all i constantly get is the error&amp;nbsp; Settings-014&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can anybody please assit/advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It would be best to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;give the WHW product helpdesk a call on&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;0808 100 6116 (&amp;nbsp;Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm and&amp;nbsp;Sat 9am to 2pm) or drop them an email to:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A&gt;btconnectedhome@bt.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and they'll be happy to help.&lt;/P&gt;
