How to access the web gui equivalent of the app "Advanced Network Settings" in the iOS App?

I have the Whole Home Wi-Fi 6 accessing the web gui via ip address, e.g. 192.168.1.1

For steering, I can access via the url:
192.168.1.1/2.0/gui/steering.htm

But can find anywhere to access the equivalent of the "advanced network settings" in the app, where I can change "backhaul bandwidth", "performance network", "smart topology" etc.

Any advice?
