"Hello.
I received a message that I haven't returned Bt broadband kit, although I returned it 5/12/2023.
I can’t find BT email.

Where can I send a post proof?

I am sorry that you're receiving messages about returning the equipment. I understand you've already sent the equipment back in December. Give our guides in the helpdesk a shout on 0330 1234 150 who'll be able to mark everything as returned for you.
