BT mini Connector v 2

I have the a You View box which is connected to a mini connector - The data light is flashing - the blue light is solid - The You view box says no apps are available - is this because of the mini connector ? should the data light flash? The other adapter is showing a solid orange light - Is there a connection - I'm not sure if the connector is faulty or not. I have reset it and turned it off and on - there is no change. Have you any recommendations?

Yes the data light should flash.

What's this other adapter that is showing an orange light? if you mean your hub then you would have no internet connection on any device

It’s the mini connector that is showing the flashing data light - not the hub that’s ok.

l just want to know if that is what is supposed to do as the other mini connector is showin a solid light.

The data light should flash in sympathy with the data being sent / received so, assuming that there is a data flow, then the one with the steady light has either malfunctioned or is not receiving any data.

Try a factory reset on the pair of them if you haven't already done so.
