Hi

For years we've been using the BT Smart Hub 2with the box set (i presume box from amazon) of the 3 white disc extenders (metal base). All was well, no issues.

However, after a recent storm (where there had been a power outage) one of the discs had died/nuked- and we're well beyond the warranty period.

I'm presuming i can replace this dead white disc with a single white disc bought off eg the amazon/bt store and it'll connect with the original 2 white discs... but surely this new disc would have a different 'wireless password/key' that the 2 original discs?

Thanks

Hi @Burnside1 Yes, that will work as long as you buy the same model of disc. After following the set up process the new disc will have the same wifi details as your exisiting discs.
