Are the returns labels coded / personalised for a specific piece of kit? I've received a bag and label I no longer need, but my son at another address has struggled to get a returns bag. I don't want to put his kit in my bag if it won't end up coming off his account and he ends up being charged.

Hi @CJ57 That should be fine, the serial number on the equipment is linked to your son's account. When it's dropped off at the post office ask for a receipt and keep it safe until BT notify him that it's been received.

Thank you. Was confused as when I've previously returned stuff in the original box instructions said not to put label over a bar code on part of the original label.
