I've tried to get a bag after logging into my account but there is no option that I can find. Judging &nbsp;by my recent experience with BT (the reason I left) I'm reluctant to dispose of it elsewhere as I have zero confidence that BT won't finally realise that I haven't returned it and then fine me £50.
