How do I add an additional camera to my BT Smart Baby monitor?

I have read lots of previous posts with the same issue and there doesn't seem to be a solution!

My monitor lights flash green for approximately 20 seconds when trying to pair with the additional camera and then then beeps for around 5 seconds resulting in an epic fail to connect.

Thank you for posting. Have you tried the step from this thread - Linking additional camera to baby monitor 6000

If that doesn't work, I would give the product helpdesk a call. The details are -

Product helpdesk information

If your product is within warranty:

Yes I have tried the steps in the suggested thread and still doesn't add an additional camera

@Martyn2909 did you find a resolution to this? I am trying to find out how to do this before I buy an additional camera as I want to make sure what I get is compatible!

After trying all the suggested ways to connect, it just did not work. I ended up just getting a new separate monitor and camera. Very disappointing result I'm afraid

Also tried this but it doesnt work. I have the BT Smart Baby Monitor with 5 inch screen, trying to connect an additional camera (6000 model) but its not happening 😞

"Unfortunately the BM6000 camera is not compatible with your BM 5in monitor you will need a BM5IN Camera in order to link an additional camera"

Hello,

I cannot access this message, as I am prompted that I do not have sufficient privileges.
