Returning Old equipment

Hi, I am an previous customer and have 2 old broadband modems and TV boxes with remotes that I need to return

I have looked on my BT and can’t see a way of selecting Return equipment

I have seen previous posts where Mods have helped rectify this and send a Bag out to return them
